HOW WILL I KNOW THAT A CHANGE HAS OCCURRED?

There are three types of changes.

  • Immediate: You feel a massive shift right away after the session or a few days after – immediate changes occur in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours.
  • Unfolding:  You see gradual consistent shifts every day.  Well-being is increasing and the problem is disappearing over time.
  • Retroactive:  A delayed reaction.  One day you suddenly notice the issue is no longer present.  It is not uncommon that others (family, friends, etc) notice the changes in you before you do.
