RAPID TRANSFORMATIONAL THERAPY: THE METHOD 

Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) is a new therapeutic approach. It is a series of powerful techniques that combine some aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Psychotherapy. It also embraces many of the positive aspects of hypnosis and hypnotherapy that are known to produce a transformative effect on clients: the use of trance, regression and hypnotic conditioning. It is a unique form of therapy that gets to the root cause of the presented problem and allows the client to be free.


We are not born with our issues.


We acquire them by our experiences, interpretations, assumptions, and/or by accepting what others tell us to be true.   Based on those experiences we develop beliefs about ourselves, life, relationships, etc.   A belief is something we accept as fact, whether it is true or false.   Once accepted we continue to live our lives believing that fact.  

Our belief systems are extremely powerful and affect almost everything. From how we think (e.g. you are stupid), how we feel (e.g. anxious), and how we behave (e.g. taking drugs). Beliefs can be empowering or limiting.  They either help us move forward or hold us back from our true potential.  

These beliefs create blocks that may be the cause of people’s struggles in their lives, such as: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, eating disorders, sexual dysfunction, substance abuse, fears and phobias, and whatever else that is holding them back.

I use regression, which is a technique for mentally revisiting your past experiences, to understand how, where, when, and why you formed those beliefs.  Often the current issues people facing are a result of beliefs that they have formed years ago and that are simply not appropriate or relevant to their lives today. At one time, those beliefs had a purpose when they formed. Right now instead of being helpful, these old beliefs are having a significant impact on your life.It is like having an outdated program that is still running.

This is good news, because once we gain understanding and clarity we can change the programming (old beliefs) with new and empowering ones, which changes how you think, feel and behave.  


We have the power to change our beliefs.


RTT uses repetition as a key component in solidifying the new beliefs.  I create a personalized audio recording for you to listen to for 21-days.  The mind learns through repetition. We have spent years and years affirming and reinforcing our limiting beliefs so they have become ingrained. A crucial part of creating permanent change involves embedding these new beliefs by rewiring the neural pathways. Repetition aids in solidifying these changes to provide lasting results.

RTT was developed by the highly acclaimed therapist, Marisa Peer.  I was trained by Marisa and I continue my training to remain up-to-date with the therapy and techniques.
